Overview
At As-spec we have extensive experience in the commercial sector. However we’re not the team
that’s going to come and fit out your new building, workshop, office block or shop,
we’re the team that’s going to improve it. More often than not new developments are
done to a budget, limitations are placed and compromises made in the pursuit of getting
the thing built, getting the operation established and trade underway. There are plenty
of teams in the market who specialize in this type of work, the big commercial build guys,
not us, we don’t have time. We’re to busy working for our customers, not their builders.
How could we bring your environment in line with your spec if we were busy building it
to theirs?
As-Spec is the commercial fix it, not fit it, people. We get to know you after
you’ve been there for a while, after you’re sick of that compromise you made over there
and want something done about. When you want to know why it is that your lights don’t
last very long, why doesn’t the security lighting turn off anymore, there’s security
lighting? If your commercial space doesn’t work like you want it to, if it doesn’t work
how they told you it would, or if it simply doesn’t work, we’re your team. Often you’re
living with compromises you never made, in spaces you didn’t build for budgets you had
no control over. Why did they do that like that, surely there’s a better way, well
there is, the As-Spec way.
