As we mentioned earlier, commercial real estate is always built to a budget,
sometimes that budget is fairly tight by the time they get to the electrical fit out.
Sometimes the intention was only ever to provide the basics, a foundation from
which you can create your own style, your spec. From general office lighting,
through to feature and display lighting, we can help you create that style.
If its huge warehouse space you can’t see we have just the thing you need,
if it’s exterior display, security, or operational lack of dark you require
we’re a good place to start. But lighting is just the beginning, is that
power outlet supposed to be there, or do you really need it over there?
Should you really be using all those extension leads that way? They never
put enough outlets in the right place, that’s because they had no idea how
you were going to use the space. If you new place needs some adjustments to
get it just right, if they missed your spec, As-Spec.
