you to do it your way. We will always listen to what you say, we will endeavour to interpret
your needs and select a solution that fits you. If we can’t do that we will say so,
we are not going to do anything unless it’s absolutely right. If, for any reason, we can’t
help you achieve your goal or fix your problem you will know why, we will have told you.
We will not compromise our standards; we stand by our advice and pride ourselves in delivering
high spec solutions. That doesn’t mean over complicated, it means that if you want a
standard 230 volt Incandescent BC Lamp, we will provide you the highest spec 230 volt
Incandescent BC Lamp that we can get our hands on. If, however, we think you really
need a 100 watt Metal Halide Self Ballasted Lamp to do that job we will tell you
that first, and why. Still want the BC Lamp, no problem, here’s the best one we
could find. If nothing else you will have had all the information you needed to make your
decision, cost and return included. As-Spec, experience the difference.
