How do you go about finding these professional’s? Well there are a couple of things
you can do to help ensure the people working for you are what they say they are.
First they must hold a current NZ Electrical Practicing License; you have
the right to sight the license of any electrician working for you. Secondly look
for the Master Electrician branding provided by the Electrical Contractors
Association of NZ, companies carrying this branding have been vetted and
carry a complimentary $10,000.00 Workmanship Guaranty underwritten by ECANZ.
After all that, it’s vital that you are issued with a Certificate of Compliance
on the completion of any prescribed electrical work.
As-Spec meets all of the
above criteria, but we think there’s also something else you should look for.
You need to be able to communicate with your service provider and feel confident
that your needs are being understood, and that you understand the solution on offer.
At As-Spec this is our goal, we need to know that we understood your needs and that
we enabled you to understand the solution. If you can meet all of these specifications
your project will be a huge success, it will have been completed As-Spec.
