What's it About?
So what is your technology/energy portfolio, what does it cover? When we think about your
environment we think about your Lighting, Heating, Electrical/Energy Infrastructure,
Safety of Person and Property, Major Plant and Equipment, Health and safety Compliance,
Energy Management and Efficiency, Maintenance Management, Long Term Strategic Planning;
that kind of thing. Probably all the same things you think of, including Budget Management.
We appreciate that this last one often is the most difficult as it relates to all aspects
of your operation, and lets face it, your operation is about education.
In a service
provider you should seek people with your best interests as the basis of their decision
making and advice. This will result first and foremost in you receiving the information
you need to make educated decisions with respect to all aspects of your energy/technology
spend. Equally important is accountability; your service provider must stand by their
advice, service or product. At As-Spec we believe anything else raises the question of
whose interests are being best served.
