Where To Begin?
Starting at the beginning we have lighting, heating and general infrastructure. These would be
the main areas of concern for most Schools, and generally the areas most poorly maintained;
there is a link there. These are the areas you are continuously having to deal with, blown
light bulbs, blown fuses, broken heaters, failed time clocks, too cold, too hot, this didn’t
work this morning when I really needed it, I have teachers on my case, make it go away.
In most cases your problem was removed for you, were you informed what the problem was,
did you understand the solution, do you know where your problem went and when it might
come back, is there a similar problem about to happen right next to this one next week?
At As-Spec we believe our customers should know all of these things and if they’re too
busy to deal with it now they can always reference the documentation provided at the
completion of any work. If nothing else there is always the fully itemized invoice
with a comprehensive job description and detail, just in case you ever need to know.
