Structured and tailored maintenance plans are not out of reach, nor are they
hard to establish. What is generally required is a slight shift in the way
you think about and approach maintenance, a desire for change with site
improvement, and some solid information. The best way to get that information
is to ask a professional, but you must ensure that professional understands
your goal and is interested in seeing you achieve it. That’s where we believe
the importance of developing trust and confidence comes in, and you can’t do
that overnight.
The most successful approach we have had has been over time.
We start by getting to know you and what you need help with, we tackle a
couple of small problems first, discuss problem areas and offer ideas, start
to get some documentation across to you. In some cases this process has been
rapid, in others less so. In all cases we have found a valued client and
developed a mutually beneficial working relationship based on performance,
accountability, respect and trust.
