It's All Yours
If you’re still here then something we have mentioned has got your attention.
This is a good thing, good for us and good for you. When we talk about structured
and tailored maintenance plans we are talking about making them fit you. They
are individual; we don’t have one sitting here on the shelf we can just send
out to you. That is the most exciting thing about it, it’s yours.
It’s not
something that’s just applied to your site. It doesn’t come in a flash folder,
unless you want it to, and if so what color? It wasn’t written by someone who
has no idea about the day to day operation of your environment or your budget,
how could it be? It is not a contract that binds you or commits you; it is
simply a document of intent and a record of progress. And maintenance plans
are the same as everything else we do: lighting design, heating design,
control design, system and component design; they are all done to meet
your spec, they are As-spec. Experience the difference.
