Zones
At the time of construction specialised hot water piping is laid in the concrete floor in areas called zones. These zones, which may be bedrooms, living areas or bathrooms, are controlled by the heart of the system; a pumping unit and control centre which is neatly located near to the hot water unit.
The zones or rooms can be individually and manually controlled, or automated by simply programming at the control centre so you don't even have to worry about swithcing it on or off. Elegant room thermostats provide the ability for individual adjustments to your personal comfort level.
